Today's Message: LIVING THE DREAM

Special:WONDER OF WONDER- Gina Yancey

Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,  Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.  9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was. 10  When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.”- Mat.2:1

Talk about intensity! For two years they followed the star. At last they rejoiced with exceeding great joy!
When is the last time we were so determined to find God we followed the star all the way?
These guys didn’t have the privileges of the church to know prophecy, but they were committed to the end, and found their way. The number one problem with people finding God is not ignorance or challenges, but desire. If they had enough, they would press through and find Jesus, and rejoice with exceeding great joy!
It has been a great year with you. We love every one of you and wish and pray God's best in your lives. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

If you were not here last week, you missed out on a wonderful Christmas presentation done by the children. Thank you Edith and Heather for all the time and effort you put in with the children to make this happen. Thanks to everyone else that had some part in bringing the Christmas message.

The Yancey family will be driving down to Texas to be with Gina’s family for Christmas. We pray for a safe trip. They will not be returning until after the 30th. We will be having a service next Sunday morning, but there will be no service this Wednesday and Sunday evening. Your faithfulness to the house of worship is appreciated.   If you need to contact Pastor Mike, he can be reached at 720-289-5956
